What's one of the best ways to keep warm? That's right! Go run around in a field!

Save on those heating bills! Physical exercise increases metabolism and the effect lasts for several hours, so turn down the heat when you get home... Okay, maybe that isn't the best idea if your whole family doesn't play... Well, ummm, if you play a good strong game, your body will generate more BTUs than it normally does under regular sedentary circumstances and you will still help to reduce the energy burden on your home - just another way Ultimate is good for your family economy!

Again, no game...

Disappointingly, Ultiman is unable to make a game come together this week (for 11/13). Though some of the Ultiminions will chortle with glee (since they couldn't come anyway) it is hoped the appetite of most of you will be piqued by the lack and we will get a great turnout at the next opportunity!
